DESCRIPTION:Midvale Irrigation Trek September 19\, 7:15am The Riverton Museum is holding its Midvale Irrigation Trek for this Wind River Visitors Council Adventure Trek Series on September 19 from 7:15am-1pm. We will explore many sites in the Midvale District on this driving tour including Midvale's headquarters\, Bull Lake Dam\, Diversion Dam\, the Midwest siphon\, the powerplant at Pilot Butte Reservoir\, 5 Mile Wasteway\, Tunnel Hill\, and North Portal/Cottonwood Bench. We will meet at Riverton Museum at 7:15am and be driving out to Midvale as a group. We will arrive back at Riverton Museum at approximately 1pm. The total cost is $15 per person. Please consider bringing sunscreen/hat and water. Reservations are required. Please reserve your spot on fremontcountymuseums.com or call the Riverton Museum at 307-856-2665.
